Quality Education: As the largest private K-12 education group in Brazil, we have a great responsibility for shaping future generations. We are dedicated ti providing an excellent academic experience and expanding access to quality education.
Gender Equality: With over 60% of our workforce being female. We need to strengthen their presence, especially in leadership, where they already represent 44%. We are dedicated to providing an excellent academic experience and expanding access to quality education.
Decent Work and Economic Growth: Grupo Salta is dedicated to generating decent employment, eliminating wage disparities, and equally valuing all work. We aim to incorporate the latest educational trends to empower our youth with better job opportunities and entrepreneurial skills.
Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions: Our relationships are grounded in transparency and ethics. We continually strive to foster a healthy environment free from discrimination, corruption, or bribery. We believe that building an increasingly ethical society is a collective responsibility, and we are committed to doing our part.

Salta Institute
At this moment, students across the country are asking themselves who they want to be when they grow up. However, many of them also need to ask a second, more challenging question: “Who can I be when I grow up?”
The unequal reality imposes limits on thousands of students, but we are committed to breaking these barriers. Dissatisfied with this status quo, we have taken on the responsibility, rolled up our sleeves, and are working hard to drive change.
Instituto Salta is our nonprofit association that provides scholarships to underprivileged youth. Founded in 2023, it was created to strengthen and unite the well-established social programs of Grupo Salta.
We aim to expand opportunities and be a part of an educational transformation that spans the entire country of Brazil.

Founded in 2019, Elite Transforma has already impacted 65 students across 10 schools of the Elite Rede de Ensino in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
With a 20-year history, Elite is built on the pillars of academic excellence, a culture of studies, and big dreams. Through exceptional teaching and a supportive faculty, students develop essential skills both inside and outside the classroom, preparing them to achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
Impacta, the third program, focuses on integrating social and environmental consciousness into the educational journey. Through various initiatives, it equips students with the knowledge and skills necessary to tackle contemporary challenges and make meaningful contributions to their communities and beyond.
