In 2025, we launched Impulso Educação, our new operational platform. Through the Parceiro da Escola program, an initiative of the state government of Paraná, we assumed the administrative management of 34 public schools. This model enables school principals to focus on improving pedagogical quality, supporting teacher development, and driving student achievement.
“In addition, we expanded our presence in the Northeast region by integrating the Antares school network (Ceará), which comprises 10 campuses across the Fortaleza metropolitan area.”

In 2024, we executed two strategic acquisitions: in July, we acquired the Ábaco school network in São Paulo, and in August, we expanded our geographic footprint to the state of Maranhão through the acquisition of Colégio Upaon-Açu.

We celebrated our first decade of operations. As of 2023, our team comprises over 13,000 employees, serving approximately 118,000 students across 170 schools in 16 Brazilian states and the Federal Districtt. Over the past 10 years, we have achieved significant milestones and built a strong foundation for long-term growth.
Driven by the belief that education is the key to building a better Brazil for future generations, we remain committed to this mission and will continue to pursue it with determination in the years ahead.

By the beginning of 2022, we established ourselves as the largest K-12, in terms of students and schools. In our ongoing pursuit of innovation, we integrated Kanttum, a digital platform for continuous teacher training into our group.
This period also marked a rebranding to Grupo Salta Educação, symbolizing a new phase for the company: that is stronger, more dynamic, and more challenging.

In a milestone transaction for the Brazilian education sector—and in line with our strategic vision of expanding access to high-quality education and promoting a culture of excellence—we strengthened our core business through the acquisition of over 40 K-12 schools from Cogna. This transaction reaffirmed our long-term commitment to operating and growing in the K-12 education segment. As a result, we divested our Learning System business, which was sold to Somos Sistemas de Ensino, allowing us to further streamline our portfolio and sharpen our strategic focus.
In the same year, we expanded our presence in Brazil’s Northeast region by integrating the ISO school network (Paraíba), reinforcing our footprint in a region with strong growth potential. We also launched our third scholarship program, Impacta, which provides full tuition and didactic materials at socially inclusive prices, operating without reliance on external donors—an initiative that aligns both with our social impact agenda and financial sustainability goals.
Also in 2021, we made the strategic decision to carve out our Premium Global Schools segment, which was already operating with an independent management structure. This move enabled us to focus our resources and leadership efforts on the school segments and geographic regions where we have a clear competitive advantage and the potential to deliver the highest social and economic return.

We integrated a solution to enhance our communication with families: Agenda Edu. Furthermore, we expanded our footprints in the Northeast, integrating CBV (PE) and Gurilândia (BA).

We continued our relentless pursuit of innovation and adaptation to the changing educational landscape by introducing TEC, our platform for nurturing technological and creative skills. Additionally, to broaden our scholarship program, we introduced Elite Transforma

In this year we expanded our presence in new states across the country. This time, our expansion took us even further as we integrated Master (MT), Ideal (DF), and finally made our way to the northeast with CEI (RN).

2017 marked a significant milestone in our history, characterized by numerous achievements and innovations that underscore our dedication to transforming education. It was in this year that we recognized the importance of every school serving as a supportive environment leading us to create the Laboratório Inteligência de Vida (LIV), our socio-emotional education solution. Continuing our expansion efforts, we proudly inaugurated a school entirely designed by us,and introduced our first scholarship program: Janelas Abertas, generously funded by donors. Additionally, we integrated the school networks Os Batutinhas (RJ) and Nota 10 (MS).
This year, the Group received further investment from Gera Capital and welcomed a new shareholder, the private equity firm Warburg Pincus.

In our effort to expand across more regions of the country, we ventured further south in 2016, integrating Alfa in Paraná.

We continued on our mission to establish ourselves as a group dedicated to offering innovative and quality pedagogical solutions in a unified manner. With this vision, we created the teaching system, Sistema de Ensino Eleva at the end of 2014, and in 2015, our partner schools began operating with the system.

As we like to say, Grupo Salta embodies the spirit of Brazil, so having a nationwide presence has always been a major goal. This year, we made our first expansion outside Rio de Janeiro, with Coleguium from Minas Gerais, adding our third school. It was also when we inaugurated our first headquarters, located in Rio de Janeiro.

Our story began in 2013 with the founding of Eleva Educação, born from the union of a group of young educators inspired by the dream of creating a national network of schools offering quality education to children and young people across Brazil. Supported by the investment fund Gera Capital, we merged Elite Rede de Ensino and Pensi Colégio e Curso, two prominent school networks in Rio de Janeiro. This merger marked the starting point of our journey.
