Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering at the Military Institute of Engineering – IME, with a master’s degree in Economics and Management from the Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGV. He worked at Opportunity Asset Management, analyzing, among other sectors, the education sector. He also worked as a teacher and general director of Colégio Pensi. Since 2013, he has been President of Grupo Salta Educação, also participating in its Board of Directors.

Graduated in Law at the National Faculty of Law at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – FND/UFRJ, with a master’s degree in Law and Public Policies. He was Legal Director of Rede Pensi, professor of undergraduate and postgraduate law at various colleges, including postgraduate studies at the Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGV since 2013. He has participated in the Examination Board for the Brazilian Bar Association’s Bar Exam, where he leads the Education Committee of OAB/RJ, first president and founder of ABREDUC (Brazilian Association of Private Schools). He worked at Grupo Salta Educação from 2014 to 2018, collaborating as Legal Director and COO. He currently holds the position of Vice President Legal and head of the Legal Department, New Business, Compliance, and Institutional and Governmental Relations.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of São Paulo – USP. After working at Deutsche Bank between 2010 and 2013 in Equity Research, where he was co-responsible for covering financial companies in Latin America, he worked at Goldman Sachs for 4 years until 2017, where he was Vice President of Equity Research responsible for covering non-banking financial institutions in Latin America and co-coverage of banks. He was also responsible for Investor Relations, Financial/Strategic Planning, and Controllership at Burger King Brasil until 2020. He joined Grupo Salta in 2020 and currently serves as Finance Executive Vice President and Investor Relations Officer of the Company.

Graduated in Business at the University of Virginia. Worked at McKinsey & Co., PCP-UBS, and the Department of Education of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro. She is a founding partner of Gera Capital, served as co-CEO of the Company between 2013 and 2022, and currently serves as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.

Graduated in Business at Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. Worked in the Investments division of Goldman Sachs and ABN Amro. Was a partner in the Private Equity group at Gávea Investimentos. Henrique joined Warburg Pincus in 2016 and currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Brazil at Warburg Pincus. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Salta Educação since 2020.

Lucas Mussi holds a degree in Economics from the University of Brasília (UnB) and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He worked in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Lucas Mussi joined Warburg Pincus in 2016 and is currently a Vice President on the investment team.

Graduated in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro – PUC-Rio. Worked at Banco Pactual in the Investment Banking area. Was a partner at G5 Advisors. Was Legal Director at Inbrands, a holding company focused on the fashion market. She is a founding partner of Gera Capital, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Grupo Vitus, and a member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Salta Educação and Edify Education.

Graduated from IME with a degree in Civil Engineering, former CFO of Grupo Salta Educação for over 10 years, and current CFO of Conexa Saúde for the past 5 years.

Holds a degree in Economics from PUC-Rio. She worked at Gávea Investimentos and served as a consultant at Brilliant. She is a partner at Gera Capital, a member of the Investment Committee at Positive Ventures, and Chair of the Board of Directors at Edify Education. Since 2023, she has served as alternate to Rafaela Dantas Rodenburg and Maria Eduarda de Arruda Falcão Vasconcellos on the Board of Directors of Grupo Salta Educação.

Lucas Vivone holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a specialization in Finance from COPPEAD and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Bordeaux. He was a partner and COO at Inoa and is currently a partner and CFO at Maravi, both technology companies serving the financial market. He worked in the education sector between 2012 and 2020 as COO of Salta Educação, and also worked at Gera Capital until 2013 and on projects for the Municipal Department of Education of Rio de Janeiro. He is a member of the advisory board of Instituto Orizon.

He holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ and an Executive MBA in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He began his career in the business development and strategic planning area at Prumo Logística. He later worked for four years in the M&A department at Grupo Salta Educação, before joining Gera Capital in 2024. Since 2023, he has served as alternate to Rafaela Dantas Rodenburg and Maria Eduarda de Arruda Falcão Vasconcellos on the Board of Directors of Grupo Salta Educação.
